Theme: The Crucial Lessons from Sport & Adventure – Applied to Leadership, Performance, and Team Culture
This session will feature Harry Amos, a Middle East advisor, market-entry strategist, endurance athlete, and British Army veteran. Harry turns stories of extreme adventure into actionable insights on leadership, resilience, and performance.
He served 11 years in uniform as a Commando trained Reconnaissance Troop Leader. Since 2016, he has led Kestrel Global in Dubai, helping over 100 high-growth technology firms in the Gulf including Tesla, Huspy, and Joby Aviation.
Off duty, Harry has summited several mountains, sailed the Baltics, kayaked 125 miles of UK waterways, and rowed 3,000 miles from California to Hawai‘i in 39 days. In 2025, he entered the Guinness Book of Records for running 400 miles across the seven Emirates in under six days.
In his keynote, Harry reveals how the lessons of endurance sport translate into effective leadership, slicker teamwork, and stand-out performance in business.
