This time we are introducing the Nordic Sundowner with a legal workshop. Together with law firm Bird&Bird we are taking on Brand Management from a legal aspect. The workshop will discuss how to protect your brand using the trade mark, and design laws including the procedures for registration. We will discuss the simple steps that can be taken for effective and efficient brand management. We will also discuss the steps companies in the Middle East need to take in order to be compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will introduce significant new requirements on organisations that process personal data collected in the EU.
