Meet the Incoming Commissioner General and Deputy Commissioner General of the Swedish Expo 2020 participation, Ambassador Jan Thesleff and Ms. Nina Ekstrand virtually, to hear about the Swedish participation at the World Expo, taking place between the 1 October 2021 and 31 March 2022. As well you will learn about the program activities being planned and how you and your company can be engaged at the Swedish pavilion. We welcome any questions to Mr. Thesleff and Ms. Ekstrand to be submitted prior to the webinar. 

Mr. Jan Thesleff is the incoming Commissioner General of the Swedish participation at Expo 2020 Dubai and will assume the role on the 1 January 2021. He is currently the Ambassador of Sweden to Egypt and has previously been the Swedish Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Libya and Saudi Arabia.

Ms. Nina Ekstrand is the Deputy Commissioner General of the Swedish participation at Expo 2020 Dubai. She has a broad experience of World Expos having served as the Deputy Commissioner General of the Swedish participations at Expo 2010 Shanghai and Expo 1993 Taejon. In addition, she was the Brand and Marketing Director for Team SCA at the Volvo Ocean Race 2014–2015, among other positions.
