Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and customer base for our luxury skincare and cosmetic products. The role involves identifying and onboarding distributors, developing B2B partnerships, and creating tailored brand solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Client Acquisition

    Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Gulf region and beyond for B2C and B2B markets.

    Develop and maintain relationships with distributors to expand product reach.

    Drive sales for Tillit Laboratory’s skincare line and negotiate terms with new clients and partners.

    Target clients interested in private labeling and custom brand solutions and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with Tillit Laboratory.

  2. B2B Partnership Development

    Build and grow partnerships with salons, spas, beauty clinics, and retail stores to enhance product availability.

    Collaborate with B2B clients on brand creation and positioning tailored to their target audience

    Educate clients about Tillit Laboratory’s commitment to science-backed skincare and luxury formulations.

  3. Negotiation and Pricing

    Lead price-setting discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both Tillit Laboratory and clients.

    Assess competitor pricing and positioning to stay competitive in the luxury skincare market.

    Develop pricing structures that align with the company’s premium image while attracting diverse customer segments.

  4. Market Analysis and Strategy

    Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences.

    Track and report on sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury goods industry.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful price-setting and sales deals.

Ability to understand market needs and tailor brand solutions accordingly.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with the Gulf region’s beauty and skincare market is a plus.

Salary will be a commission based
