About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and structured Operations Lead to support and scale our operations in the Middle East region. The role combines operational management, project coordination, recruitment support, customer communication, and internal process improvement.
The Operations Lead will work closely with management, engineering teams, finance, HR, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily operational activities across ongoing projects and internal functions
Support project staffing, onboarding, and consultant coordination
Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and operational KPIs
Coordinate with finance regarding invoicing, purchase orders, timesheets, and payment follow-ups
Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling
Ensure internal processes, documentation, and reporting are maintained and continuously improved
Act as a point of contact between customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Assist management with operational planning and scaling activities in the UAE and wider MEA region
Support travel coordination, office administration, and operational logistics when needed
Prepare operational summaries, status reports, and management presentations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering Management, or related field
5–8 years of experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, or similar roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced technology or engineering environments is preferred
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus
Mandatory: Previous GCC work experience, preferably within the UAE
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting engineering or technology consulting organizations
Understanding of procurement processes, invoicing, and project delivery models
Experience with tools such as Zoho, Jira, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
Experience working with international teams and customers
