Åre’s fresh alpine landscape creates a unique environment for natural filtration through nature’s own system of layers of sand and moraine created by the ice during the Ice Age, which gives the water its unique mineral composition.
As a historic health resort, known for its fresh air and clean water, Åre is still untouched by industries, large-scale agriculture and highways.
EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY
Thanks to the low temperature in the bedrock, smaller amounts of natural mineral salts and the absence of organic materials in the source, our water has an impressive natural oxygen saturation of 83%.
ÅRE VILLAGE AND ITS HISTORY
As early as the late 19th century, people began travelling to the valley to take part in the fresh mountain air and its beneficial effects.
We bottle our water directly on site – in the heart of Åre Village at the foot of Mount Åreskutan. Pilgrims have passed through the valley since the 12th century. Åre is a small village that lives in harmony with the Sami people and them reindeer. There is a deep commitment to preserving the region's rich traditions and the pristine beauty of nature.
When the darkness of the night falls, the Northern Lights illuminate Åre's sky and enhance the magical atmosphere of this extraordinary place.
