Bolle is Dubai’s neighbourhood Scandinavian bakery, your home for proper fika bakes. We mix, slow-ferment, and bake to order, then deliver straight from the oven for your chosen time.

Our menu is filled with the classics every Scandinavian grew up with: cinnamon buns (Kanelbullar), cardamom buns (Kardemummabullar), custard buns (Vaniljbullar), Kringle, and our much-loved World’s Best Cake (Verdens Beste). Simple ingredients. Long fermentation. Flavour and texture you can feel in every bite.

Founded by a Norwegian–Danish baker, Bolle has become a small piece of home for Dubai’s Swedish and Scandinavian community. Reliable, unmistakably Scandinavian, and baked to be shared.
