Welcome to Swedish Ladies UAE!

Swedish Ladies UAE is a vibrant and inclusive network for Swedish-speaking women aged 21 and over who live in, or are planning to move to, the United Arab Emirates. The network is part of the Swedish Business Council and is currently active in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

We create friendships, inspiration, and new connections through a wide range of social and professional activities, such as:

• Breakfasts and business lunches

• Ladies Nights

• Inspiring talks and cultural events

• Book club, coffee meetups, and cycling tours

• Mother-child gatherings

• Workout sessions

There is something for everyone. Each month, a new program of upcoming events is published – you’ll find on this page, as well as on Instagram and in the private Facebook group.

Become a Member

Membership costs AED 200 per calendar year (January–December) and gives you full access to our program and community.

Please note that the membership fee must be paid before you can be added to the private Facebook group.

How to Pay

The easiest way to pay is via Careem Pay (which works similarly to Swish in Sweden). You can also pay in cash directly to someone in the committee or the events team.
