Company Description
We are a recently established premium food & beverage distributor in the UAE, representing a carefully curated portfolio of gourmet and functional products — including functional beverages, organic snacks, fruit purées, ice cream, and speciality confectionery.
Our brands are primarily sourced from Scandinavia, where our Founder is actively involved in food & beverage distribution. As we expand across multiple consumption occasions, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow our presence across HoReCa, fitness & wellness, and select lifestyle channels.
This role is ideal for someone who understands where premium food and functional products truly move — hotels and restaurants, yes, but also gyms, studios, beach clubs, offices, and wellness-led concepts.
Key Responsibilities
HoReCa (Core Focus)
• Identify, develop, and manage accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, catering groups, and restaurant groups
• Build long-term relationships with F&B Directors, Executive Chefs, Purchasing Managers, and Operations Teams
• Drive menu placements, product trials, tastings, activations, and repeat orders in premium outlets
Fitness, Wellness & Lifestyle Channels
• Develop business across gyms, fitness studios, yoga & Pilates studios, wellness centres, and health-led concepts
• Onboard functional beverage and snack placements in studios, cafés, and grab-and-go formats
• Collaborate on branded activations such as:
• Post-workout offerings
• Event partnerships
• Community and wellness activations
Other Commercial Channels
• Build selective partnerships in:
• Corporate offices & co-working spaces
• Events, catering, and pop-ups
• Select specialty retail or hybrid café-retail concepts (as relevant)
• Support cross-channel launches and pilot projects with the Founder
General Commercial Ownership
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, tastings, negotiations, onboarding, and follow-ups
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and partnerships while protecting margins
• Conduct product training and tastings for staff and partners
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasts
• Work closely with the Founder on go-to-market strategy and channel prioritisation
Profile & Requirements
• 4+ years of proven sales experience within HoReCa, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle F&B channels
• Strong existing network across hotels, restaurants, cafés, gyms, studios, and wellness operators in the UAE
• Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Comfortable operating in a startup / growth-stage environment
• Passionate about premium food, functional beverages, and health-led brands
• Highly self-motivated, relationship-driven, and execution-focused
• UAE driving license required
