Consultant Manager
About the job
We are looking for a Consultant Manager with a technical background, strong people skills, and an interest in business development to support and grow our consulting operations in the UAE and wider GCC.
In this role, you will work across the full consulting lifecycle from client development and sales to recruitment and people management. You will collaborate closely with customers to identify needs and match them with the right engineering and technical talent.
What you will do
Develop and manage client relationships across the UAE/GCC
Support sales activities and identify new business opportunities
Recruit, onboard, and manage consultants and engineers
Match consultants to assignments and follow up with clients and teams
Build and maintain strong professional networks
Handle basic administration, reporting, and coordination
What we are looking for
Technical background with experience in engineering or technology
Interest in consulting, sales, and working with people
Experience in the UAE/GCC market and/or an existing regional network
Comfortable with a “hunter” mindset — you see opportunities and act on them
Understanding of areas such as IoT, embedded systems, electronics, or product development
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
